Proceed northward along Dudmastun Lake, cross Quatford, and the lake meets another at a location where an underground passageway is located. Once you arrive, search for a tiny boat loaded with explosive pots. You may open a concealed cave entrance by shooting an arrow. Once inside the cave, use the wooden board to navigate the left wall's edges. Cut through the obstruction, move the stone forward, and take the Cloak out of the chest.

The armor may be found at the east center of Cent, in the crowded area. Utilize the quick travel point Canterbury Catherdal, descend, and go through the first door on the left. Pick up an explosive pot and move it in the direction of the chest marker. Set it down on the ground and fire to let it burst. Use a torch to locate the other locked door located below ground.
