The official guide to AC Valhalla King Killer: Ubba, Ivarr, Rhodri, Ceolbert, and Appropriate Decisions & Effects

In Assassin's Creed Valhalla, players will have to make hundreds of decisions, but it may be hard to determine which option is best or won't negatively affect the game. King Killer is a quest in AC Valhalla that also has many decisions that will affect you differently as you go.

We can help you if you've been struggling to make the ideal decision in the King Killer task.

Choosing and Paying for the Killer Mission in AC Valhalla King

You should be aware, first of all, that King Coelbert's causality in Sciropescire might have been avoided. Nonetheless, in the King Killer assignment, there are two crucial choices that might have an impact.

Ivarr: Assign to or Refuse from Valhalla

AC Valhalla King Killer Guide

In the first scenario, you will find out that Ivarr murdered Colbert. This will greatly enrage you, Eivor, and lead to a boss battle between you and Ivarr. Following your victory against Ivarr, you will be presented with two options. Interestingly, none of these decisions will negatively affect you throughout the game.

The options and outcomes of the first scenario are as follows:

  • Send Ivarr to Valhalla: If you opt for this choice then Eivor will keep the axe on Ivarr’s chest and before gets killed, Ivarr claim that he is hearing the Wings of a Valkyrie.
  • Deny Ivarr Valhalla: If you make this choice then Eivor will kick the axe out of Ivarr’s reach and Ivarr will die telling you that he is Helheim bound.

Select whichever option you want, since there won't be any repercussions from your decision. That being said, Ivarr shouldn't enter Valhalla having killed Ceolbert and Rhodri, in my opinion. So I decided to reject him.

What Ubba should know about Ivarr

In the second scenario, you will have to go back to Quatford to see Bishop and Ubba, Ivarr's brother. Although Ubba is aware of Ivarr's death, he is unaware that it was caused by you. when you inform him that Ivarr has passed away. How did Ivarr die? he will ask you. While speaking with Ubba, you will be presented with the following options:
  • Ivarr Died Well
  • Ivar Died Badly
  • He wanted Death
Don't lie is what you should remember while making this decision. Indeed, if you sent Ivarr to Valhalla, you might declare that he "died well" as opposed to having to pick between "Ivarr died badly" and "he wanted death." You will probably have to deal with the repercussions of lying to Ubba at your in-game village if you do so.That's everything there is to know about the King Killer expedition, its decision, and its outcomes.
