Tears of Dreams in Honkai Star Rail is a Trace and Light Cone Ascension material that was included in the 1.6 release. When used in place of inadequate route materials, this makes it easier to level up weapons and characters. You wouldn't have to mill Calyx for hours on end to get the different stuff with this.
Some of these resources should have come in the mail if you are at Equilibrium Level 1 or above. If you haven't claimed them yet, do so before learning about the various ways to get them in HSR.
Where to Look for Dream Tears in Honkai Star Rail
Tears of Dreams may be obtained in HSR in only two methods as of this writing. Firstly, it can be obtained with the Nameless Honor Battle Pass's Nameless Glory. Buying the Herta Contract: Resource Supply V2 is the second option...
Nameless Honor is available on both paid and free download, and the content can only be accessed with purchased Glory. You may get them at levels 15, 20, 25, 35, 40, 45, and 50 if you keep leveling up. By completing all of these glory levels, you will get 312 of these resources for Trace and Light Cone Ascension.
The Contract Shop is where you may get Herta Contract Resource Supply V2. You are able to trade it in for the 660 Oneiric Shards. You would need 3,300 Oneiric Shards in total to purchase all five of the packs that are available in the shop. As of right now, each pack contains 60,000 Credit and 150 Tears of Dreams, with updates occurring every version. The premium currency of HSR, known as Oneiric Shards, may be acquired using the Express Supply Pass or by buying Oneiric Pouch from the shop.
