AC Valhalla Decision: Should Leofrith Be Spared or Killed?
You must decide whether to murder or spare Leofrith after the difficult battle he puts you through. Leofrith has to be spared, no spoilers please. If you kill Leofrith, you will give him a death worthy of Valhalla. That’s every Viking’s dream and you will fulfill that for Leofrith – he will meet his god. But the result of this is that the Zealots will actively hunt you so if you want that extra challenge, take this pick. If not, take the other option detailed below.
- What happens if you spare his life? If you spare Leofrith, you can then tell him about King Burgred and how he has left everyone and fled to Rome. Leofrith will thank you for this information and due to your kindness, he will also inform you about a scroll that has Eivor’s name on it. He will also tell you its location (it’s in a statue). If you obtain the scroll, the Zealots of the Order of the Ancients won’t hunt you on sight. You can still kill them all but you will avoid being hunted by those powerful enemies.
